Sadly on the 20th of August 2018 Nan passed away after spending two weeks in hospital. Nan was in hospital as she had a stroke on the 5th. Unfortantly whist in hospital she suffered from another stoke and we were told she would not recover. As a family I believe we were expecting her not to fully recover but no matter how much we were prepared for this news it still hurt badly. Nan put up a good fight however the strokes were simply too much and she passed away peacefully on the 20th of August. We'll miss and love her forever.
